Shipping & Delivery
When will I receive my order?
- Samples & Drops: These items are in stock and are typically processed within 7-10 business days.
- Pre-Orders: Because these are handmade to order, please allow 3–4 weeks for production and shipping.
- Delivery times typically range from 3-10 business days, upon item shipping. Delays may occassionally occur due to unforseen circumstances.
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the mainland United States. We hope to expand in the future!
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? Due to the nature of the product –and since every piece is one-of-a-kind and handmade– all sales are generally non-refundable.
Are there any exceptions for refunds? We stand by our craftsmanship. Under special circumstances—such as stitch becoming undone at the original end-site—or any other damage or defects, we will consider a refund or repair on a case-by-case basis. Please email pato.croche@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused. Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be approved. Normal wear and tear, color variation, fit preference, or damage caused by improper use or washing are not considered defects. If approved, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Product & Care
What are PATO straps made of? Our pieces are crafted from a premium blend of 80% Pima Cotton and 20% Merino Wool for the perfect balance of breathability, stretch, and softness.
Can I get my knits wet? While our jockstraps aren't technically "swimwear," the cotton-merino blend is forgiving. They are perfect for poolside lounging or beach days, but we recommend avoiding full submersion. Bleeding may occur due to the hand-dyed nature of the yarn.
How do I wash my strap? To keep your knits in peak condition, hand wash cold with a gentle detergent and lay flat to dry (do not wring). Never put your Pato strap in the dryer unless you want a version sized for an actual pato.
